- Goal Setting
We aren't talking a New Years resolution. We are talking about SMART goals!
S-specific -Make your goal as specific as possible. For example, I want to do 50 jumping jacks, rather than I want to be in-shape.
M-measurable-How will you know when you have completed this goal?
A-action- What specific steps will I take to meet my goal. For example, I will do 10 jumping jacks the first day and increase by 5 jumping jacks every 3 days.
R-realistic-Can you realistically achieve this goal, or can you spot some things that might make it difficult? Can you obtain this goal now, or do you need to make some in-between goals?
T-time-when will you have this goal accomplished?
